Mid grade spondylolisthesis here. Riding a old school three wheeler atv in college. I was hauling down this dirt road and hit some whoopdedoos and went over the bars and landed on the small of my back. Spent 45 minutes on the ground not being able to move my legs. Feeling came back and I made it back to the truck to the others. Being a student I had no money for doctors and such so I pushed through the pain. Fast forward 15 years and my back pain sometimes is here sometimes not. You can feel the break on my lower back to this day. Doc wanted titanium rods, screws, bolts and such. 6 months rehab/downtime. Never had the surgury.
