    Very true, "service,service,service" -- customers will not forget this and return to a business that provides it ! Any successful business owner needs to know when to close a non-profitable business down and save the necessary funds to re-open it, not just run it into the ground...

    Re-invest into the BIZ through hiring talent, people smarter than yourself - share in the profits. Incentive goes a long way...

    The few who "get it" are getting all they want...the ones who do not have sand box skills - not so much.
    Sometimes the nicest people you meet are covered in tattoos & sometimes the most judgmental people you meet go to church on Sundays...

    This one was a real lesson teacher for many of us, nothing teaches like a thorough butt kicking, and those of us that survive this one will be stronger and better. Natural process, the herd gets thinned, the weak go first.

    don't know how ours keeps the doors open...like sears the corp appears bumbling idiots as to business and welcoming even current customers...
