Question on issue w Hi Tide Boat Lift pulley

I have an issue with boat lift pulley.
Looks like washer slipped from correct location & pulley is sitting almost an inch higher than it should!
Hoping I can loosen up, reposition & tighten back down,but am told I need new pulley,
washers, hardware, and possibly repair to beam.(yikes)
Anyone know what size nut is on that grease fitting?
(I doubt I have box wrenches big enough, but will buy a pair.)
Anyone know where I can buy the pulley(s) and hardware locally?
