The Kings Have Arrived

This trip has been talked about for countless of months but never had the opportunity to get on the water due to pour weather/work/school. Fortunately a window of opportunity arrived and we took it and conquered. Today was a beautiful day for those who didn't go the seas were favorable not just for fishing but for the family. We got on the water around 7 and stopped at Ashley's to pick up our bait. Before we knew it we where at the fishing grounds for the Kings. Where we all know where there at around this time. Put the first bait in the water and sung like a canary not even 5 mins at the spot first king on board. Through out the day we managed to catch 5 kings, 2 macks and a bunch of hook ups over all a wonderful day. The best part was able to fish with my girlfriend and seeing her catch two nice kings. We were home by 1:30 and ready for the fresh fish fry.

Your pictures tell the story from start to finish. Fun day with the girlfriend, fish in the cooler and a fish fry to top it off, that's a great way to end the year.

Lol they didnt but to me they arrived since it was my first trip last year for them

I love being home by 1:30pm with a cooler full of fish and a nice day of fishing behind me. Definately means a fish fry is going down, lol. Nice kings.

Thanks Playing Hooky its a great feeling.. having to clean the boat when you get home doesn't seem so dreadful when there is a fish fry.
