East Coast Wading

I have been wading the WEST coast for years and have all my favorite spots dialed in with tides and times pretty good.

However, I am going to be living on the EAST coast for a couple weeks in January and am totally lost there. The only place I have uncovered is McArthur Park, which although is a pretty good fishing spot, is not easy wading.

Really would appreciate a little help... are the beaches worth fishing early am/pm? Any other major park areas I should be looking at? Not looking to burn anybodys spots, just a little general direction would be great.

Florida is a long state. Be more specific. Brevard Co. alone is 70 miles long.

i fish from a kayak a bunch in mcarthur, but as for wading spots around the area i dont know of too many. the beaches can be ok for jacks, blues, and macks this time of year though. fish anywhere on the singer island beaches and youre bound to have some luck in the morning

if you really want to get into wading I would head more towards Ft. Peirce area around the Nuclear power plant. either side of the river in that area is accesible for waders. Plenty of trout to catch in the area as well
