Anyone ever heard why these FWC people left their Jobs? I know Nick took a cush 501C3 job but what about the rest? Circa 2017

The FWC is losing Nick Wiley and Diane Eggeman and likely five of the seven current commissioners, all within the next 6-8 months.

The FWC is about to change; could be good could be bad. Sportsmen need to step it up a notch right now. We all have another chance to make a great impression on the incoming commissioners, director, and staff. There will likely be many changes in the near future. You can be a part of it from here forward or you can stay on the sidelines **** and moaning forever.

Diane finished her career and retired. 

I may be wrong, but I believe the others were mostly a result of political differences between what the then-new governor was wanting to see done versus what the existing people wanted to see done.

It’ll be interesting to see how the current ED vacancy is filled.

SFWMD experienced a house cleaning a while back (around the same time or maybe not long after) that was a lot more extensive
