    You're a brave man...

    I'm thinking hot and fast, heavily seasoned. The rarer you can stand it, the better... about 135 degree internal... I might be wrong on this one but I think you're going to dry it out if you cook it too long. 

    I've had better luck in the oven over a bed of onions, seasoned heavily, covered and slow roasted until it was pull apart tender... I guess you could do that in a egg?

    Id go low and slow, that is a tough piece of meat with different thicknesses along the bone,, might need to foil it with moisture  to get it tender.
