Cudjoe depth question

I'm looking to rent a house in the Big Pine-Cudjoe corridor area and found one on the east side of Cudjoe Bay by Jolly Roger Ave. My question is, can I get to Cudjoe Bay from there with a little bit deeper draft boat? I have a 37' Seahunter with 30" shaft center motor. I've stayed on the Cudjoe Gardens side and it's great access, but I stayed on Gasparilla 5 or 6 years ago and the canal in front of the house had plenty of water, but Cudjoe Bay was virtually inaccessible from there at low tide, maybe 1' of water.
Unfortunately the Google Maps pictures are from 5 years ago right after the hurricane and there are almost no boats in the canals to see what size boats people who live there have.

njvector, my brothers house is the third one north on jolly roger. i live in summerland and have a hard time getting to get to his house by boat. i have a 28 contender. its very shallow in that bay.

Thanks, that's what I was concerned about. I remember that the dredged channel on the bay side does not connect all of the canals, either.
