This morning, per request, we delayed breakfast and went out in the yard and shot three squirrels. I was planning to fry quarters, but after twenty minutes in the pressure cooker the pieces were too delicate to make it through much more handling. So I pulled the meat and shaped, egg washed and covered in panko. He said it was better than my fried fish.

Good deal

I am glad to only be a bird hunter with bird dogs...being a shooter or dog handler or whatever other niche exists to separate appears to generate far too much about which to worry.
