Snake road

Are the tribes shutting down non tribal traffic?  Just saw a road side sign saying tribal members only “bolita” permit.

That would add a wrinkle to things.

I hadn't driven Snake Road since last hunting season and drove it back south to I-75 and was surprised by the two **** speed bumps they put in the middle of the road near both the north and south ends without much marking.  The first one on the north end surprised me hitting it at around 35 mph.  Stupid as crap to do that without a lot of warning markers.  Other than the Indians I never see anyone speeding through there with all the cops around just looking for an excuse to ticket you.

I never saw that sign you are talking about but I drove through about 4 weeks ago so maybe put up since then.  I don't think the tribe has the authority to shut non tribal traffic down on that road.

    I hope not.

The speed bumps are now long 20 mph zones.

The sign wasnt there last week but was there yesterday. Hate filled people, sadly.
