Couple dozen fraud and campaign finance charges. He says "it's all political"

You mean they have been arguing he was the best choice for a few years now, I cant see them stopping just because he’s finally been indicted on 20 something counts.

Anyone who vetted this guy objectively knew he was a very poor choice for dog catcher. Much less mayor of a moderatly large city and in no way qualified to be governor. He did check the right boxs for the idealogs though and that seems to be enough for many. Just look at the mess we are living throught now.

From every politician who got caught. This one does not have enough friends in high places or power to avoid the legal system though. 

Why do politicians think the laws don't apply to them?

He was elected right out of college, with no experience, because of voter demographics.

He has never had a job other than city gov, yet has amassed wealth quickly.

Things catch up sometimes. This one was overdue.

They had their budget cut in key areas recent past.  The pres has requested +$2.63B for them in 2023.
