A hunter of your skill level shouldn’t be concerned with silly quotas. I would think you’d be able to walk on any romp and stomp and fill your tags,no?..😜 last year they released them on Friday (tomorrow).👍

Yep… only primitive weapons for someone of your skill level. And don’t even consider hunting on a quota permit area. That would be like shooting fish in a barrel for you.Big cypress, Corbett or the glades for you!👌💪🏼

Been checked. Got a warning when I cut up a pig two years ago at Corbett because meateater said it was ok. Now it’s legal. 

That was bow hunting. Mini spears. Nice skull, glad I got to keep it.

Gettin kinda late. All the nwr hunts have been assigned but no state land hunts have been issued yet. Maybe Monday.

One I looked at has Available and Total still the same. 2 others have 0 Available. I guess they do this in some "rolling" fashion.

I’d guess they are having more problems like they did with gator permits but we will never know. Unless of course they miss the deadline for the second phase next week.

You could make that argument if this was the first time they had an electric system, but last year that’s how the draws went. Done two days after it closed. It doesn’t change anything as you stated earlier. But there still may be more fun to come….they are imbeciles and we keep getting more proof each year.

No one wants to wait on anything today. Immediate gratification is the norm. Humorous that once the results are out, the bragging posts stating what we drew and the heavy grump posting on what we didn’t get. They need to prioritize upgrading the speed of the program draws so we can sleep better knowing we have a permit for November. What are they thinking up there in Tally?

I agree… the last few years it’s always been released by now. Alot of my vacation time will be decided on what I get drawn for. I definitely look forward to see what I got, similar to a child at Christmas.😁….. hopefully we know something by Tuesday.

Ya ive only been doing this process for few years now bit its always been within a day or two of the deadline. This suspense is Killin me.

This is all automated through software. No one is having to tabulate anything at this point. Who know how many times they actually run the draws before they post a working set ||shrug|| food for thought
