Old Username Restore???

I was Team Getterdun, around from the origin of the FS Forum from way back in the day 
I hadn't logged in much over the last few years, but still had my credentials saved in my Chrome profile. It says that the Administrator had reset my PW and I need to enter my email address to reset it. However, I guess I used an old work email address that is no longer valid since I left there in 2017 - [email protected]
Is there anyway an admin can assist me getting my old account back online with a new email address?
