Already celebrating!!!   Bourbon and a drew estate cigar.  Its a cool feeling. You look around and its yours.  Not the banks. Your walls, ac, roof, etc.  with real estate being what it is.  A 4/3/2 with an inground pool new roof new ac.   Im keepin it for a while.
