5/14 SI Mahi Wahoo Tuna

Another great day of fishing. It started out a little slow but things picked up later in the morning. Had dip into the second pack of ballyhoo. 

Annoying

Nice Mahi and Hoo! How deep were you?   I went out yesterday and only got one Mahi. Fished between 100 and 140.  Lot's of life out there including lots of flyers, turtles, pods of porpoise that kept messing with our baits.   Had a sail knock three baits then hammer the 4th only to cut the line with its bit before we would grab the rod.  Saw him jumping trying to shake off my Pink/White Islander! Probably should have went a little deeper but didn't venture out there. Forecast called for east winds and with an outgoing tide... SI not so much fun.
