I bet that thing pulled like a 30 pound grouper. 

Always wanted to go out there and do that. They sight fish for them in deep water.

They have a closer place Merritt Mill pond out of Marianna FL.  They catch 4 lbers there.  Haven't seen a 5 lber but they're probably there.

I wonder if it was caught at the base of the dam ??  It looks like it's extremely well fed and to grow to that size would need a very healthy, consistent food source.  Small fish getting chopped up in the turbines have produced some wonderful catches at dams in other areas.

I second Merritts Mill pond.  Grew up in the panhandle and personally caught them in the 3lb 10ounce plus range.  Also bluegill that the tail curled over the edge of a 12 inc cast iron skillet.  Had many a great trip there always went for a week first full moon after March.
