they state I qualify for 30- off my service.
the phone # was different from the standard billing phone # and other offers associated with this provider.
I called spectrum directly.
They confirm it’s a legitimate offer from the FCC and read a script, I agreed.
I suggest calling your provider for home internet and see if you qualify.
