Absolutely not. tastes just like Cat. Common House Cat, just a bit more “ Gamey” and depending on the section, amazingly tender. The hardest to chew cuts...... come on..... Chew On It!.....are my favorites. Washed down with multiple bottles of wine. 

In front of a Camp Fire  on Property that is never going to be developed. Full of Cat. And Deer. And Hog. And Rabbit....... ooops! No Rabbit.
Why is that?...... I really want to hunt and eat Florida Rabbit......
