Naples or Bonita Springs?

I live in North Naples (recent relocation due to work) and am going to keep my 26 CC in the water.  80% fishing and 20% recreation with the wife and family.  If you could choose a between those two ports which one would you pick for access to great fishing?

I can't give you much intel on Naples but the Bonita area has great variety for fishing.  Estero Bay and Hickory River area can be great for backcountry fishing. Lots of bays and places to hide all the way north to Sanibel Bridge and South to Wiggins Pass. 
Wiggins Pass, New Pass and Big Carlos Pass are all great for getting offshore.  There are boat storage options near all of these passes.  Hoping a Naples area angler can Chime in for pros and cons.

Hightides

Wiggins pass is good area for reef and wreck fishing. 
Gordens pass is closer to Marco and 10 thousand islands best fishing

A 26 Ft. Center Console isn't the best boat for the 10 K .
