Gov Cut

Fished down south on the big boat today, Wind outta SE at 15-20, 5 days after full moon. Set up just south of Gov Cut in 200, fished to the stink hole, had a 3+ bluefin blow up on the rt mid. Reset south of biscayne in 150, got covered up in yellowfin, lost both after good fight, funny thing was, they had 5-8 giant bluefins chasing them before they bit. There was a minimum of 30 50+ lb yellowfin in the pack that bit. Ended up with 1 Blackfin, 1 cuda, a bonehead, had 4 sails in the spread, never got tight, Capt says we had a small blue marlin on the long bait that was a large a large mullet. Saw a lot of bluefin, cool trip without a lotta meat.

Kind of reminds me of the song by Grace Slick with the Jefferson Airplane: "White Rabbit"
“Everyone behaves badly--given the chance.”
