Rod and Reel Recommendations for Offshore

Hello There!

I am mostly an inshore guy, but I got hit by the offshore bug after going on a few charters. My Plan is to start going on full Day trips and then multiday offshore trips.  My goal is to have Two Bottom Fishing rigs, One Trolling Rig, and one Spinning rig. 

I've been looking on Facebook/Yard sales and grabbing Rods and Reels that I think would work, but now I need help with what reels to match with Rods and what my next rods/reels purchase should be. I also need some advice of what lb lines to put on each.

Possible future purchases:
Shimano Speedmaster 12 or 16
