Perhaps it's simply not as engaging of a topic here because everyone agrees that pedophilia is bad and those who engage in it should receive swift justice, self-inflicted or otherwise.

Maybe wave the anti-elite and political flags a bit higher and you'll get a few more bites....

I assumed wrong I suppose.  Some of the powerful elites in the world, caught allegedly on camera with minors. Including presidents.  

The possibility of coercion is endless.   There are other theories that would be more possible if the coercion part is true.

I haven't been following this because it is a massive pedo ring....  and only two people have been tried.  Where are all the other indictments?  Not going to happen, the powerful/rich (largely) don't go to jail for their crimes.  Jail is for peasants.

Nothing but facts.  Our law enforcement and judicial systems are busted beyond repair

Agree. If you are elite you get off with a slap and if you are a looting thug you get off pretty much the same way. However, if you are a middleclass working person that over estimated your donations to Goodwill or church on your tax form, they will be after you. Don't see any changes coming either.

This trial and all the alleged-involved could be a 20 part mini series on Netflix.  

I’m just a little shocked there is not more outrage, but perhaps(as mentioned above) we all know that rules don’t apply to some people.

Just speaking for myself, but it is hard to be outraged and interested in a predetermined outcome.

I agree. This trial was over before it started. If anyone goes to jail, they will be pardoned after a couple of years and quietly fade away.

Ugh, I guess I was/am still naive about our criminal justice system. 

I forgot about the Netflix series. I did watch that, and perhaps that is what really got me interested in this whole thing.  I remember reading some of the articles from the s-fl reports too. 

Somehow I got listening to a podcast about a helicopter pilot discussing how he would pick up and drop off lots of folks and minors all over South America for the cia.  He mentioned islands where powerful folks would visit with younger kids, etc..  another podcasts discussed how many folks would disappear and alluded to powerful folks “hunting” them on islands for sport

Tribal warfare is the reason. Everyone wants their team to win regardless of the consequences or moral direction. The media knows too much and they withhold information and anyone who releases anything is a conspiracy theorist

One of my wife's camaramen she uses overheard wealthy guys talking about hunting humans for sport in Africa when he was on a shoot (film not guns).  They had no idea he was around the corner.  He literally got sick to his stomach

My wife likes to shop at places like Marshalls. They have all of these cheap clothes I guess from name brands but outdated. Sometimes I will go in the store and they have these shoes that are a really good deal but they are Shaquille O'Neal size 13+. I wear 11's and you never find decent shoes in that size as it is common. How many people really have big feet?
