Hey guys, I wanted to fish up near Hernando beach, but the next weekend I can says it'll be a -0.5 tide in the morning. How dry does it get in the marshy area? could a poling skiff get in n out or would my mud boat suffice around there?

Try posting this in either the Big bend or West central sections.

    Hernando kinda straddles both.

With my limited knowledge of the area, I'd say a negative low at this time of year would be iffy at best pretty much anywhere inshore.

Even with a mudboat, I'd carry a couple extra props with a negative tide and the number of rocks in that area

Probably dry enough you'll need wheels on your skiff. 😀
