Headed out around 7:30am. Definitely sloppy. Headed out north of the inlet. Dropped lines in around 75 feet and got a huge strike on the shotgun cedar plug. Ripped of a ton of line and all of a sudden it was gone. Not a great start to the day; not sure what it was but it had some size to it. Did put some fish into the boat, ended up 4 for 5 on the dolphin. We covered a lot of ground. Most activity was between 110 and 150; we made a run out to 240ft based on a few reports but didn't find anything.
