While I like my tuna rare to medium rare you want to cook the swordfish just a little beyond that to a medium. Be careful, because like wahoo it can dry up real fast.

I just had some the other night...amazing. I just threw it on the grill seasoned with everglades and kept putting butter on it. Definitely dont under cook it! wait till you see the lines start to show in the meat, if its still clear/pink in the middle its not ready.

i towel dried the swordfish steaks and rubbed a small amount of EVO on em, then salted em and let em sit till ready to cook. grilled about 4 min on one side and moved off the fire to the side on the other side for 3 min. outstanding! thanks for the help.
