It's unusual to catch a small one in water that deep as generally the deeper you go, the larger they are. I've seen true flags in the 4 lb. range caught out of Ponce in 100-130 ft. There are videos of constant 10-12 lb. tails from Bermuda where the world records have been caught much bigger than that.
