Looking to Rent - Lift near Longboat Pass (or home w/ lift @ New Pass)

Have a friend visiting the area from March thru June. He's looking to keep his boat on a lift somewhere close Longboat Pass.
In a perfect world, he'd like to rent a home/condo with a lift slip, but will jump on a lift slip only if it's close to the inlet. Also looking at New Pass, especially if it has a lodging option with it.
Any leads?
