I've mentioned before that I've caught them on the Columbia River at Bonneville Dam, using a bare gold hook in a 1/8 oz jig head on 4# line. Kick in the pants to catch - they are real fighters for their size. If they're still running in early March, I'll be real tempted to run over there.
