FPI 2/5

Ran out this morning alone, my wife decided to go when I woke her up; started out east of FPI. Dropped lines in at 80' hoping for an early kingfish. Definitely bouncy out there. Water was greenish and about 70. Trolled out to about 200. Didn't see anything so turned in back towards the shallow and worked north. Picked up a bonita around 110' and headed back out. Around 130' picked up a double mahi....nothing huge but had dinner in the box. Turned at 160' and had another double but could only hook/land one of them. At 100' had a king or cuda short bite. Hit so fast that the drag didn't even click. Had another dolphin hit but couldn't get the hook to stick. Headed in around 11:15am....wind was picking up and it was getting pretty crappy. Going to give it another try in the morning.
