Big bonefish flies

I was asked for all #4 and #2 bonefish flies. Guess this guy is after those double digit fish. Love the way this box came out. Kinda sad to see it go as it would have made a good pompano box for myself. 72 flies total but i ran out of room in the box so 2 flies are in the picture. Looking into getting bigger boxes.

What pattern is that in the upper right row of the box, pink, tan and olive?  Can you please post a pick of that fly by itself?

I think these are all for fishing in the Bahamas. I feel your pain on the jetskiers. Had a group of them run over some pompano a few weeks back.

Very nice.  I like that body better than the more traditional one.

Yes there are made with EP shrimp dub.  Then most people like the shell back. I use shrimp dub brush for the head. I wanted to use foxy brush but the colors didn't match up to the body so they looked weird.

Thanks.  I've been tying with shrimp dub as well, I like the length.  Is that vinyl rib over the body to make the shell back?  I've never seen it speckled before.  I also like your proportions, with the eyes close to he hook bend, I've been tying them longer than that, so that they are a little longer than the tail.

I figured for channel edges (where it drops off sharply) and/or working big muds when you practically have to hit them on their heads...

It is just mono thread over the shell. The shell is thin skin in clear speck. You could use a fake nail too if you wanted to and make the specks yourself. I like the eyes close to the hook with heavy hard mono for less fouling. Nothing worse than a cross eyed shrimp.
