Went Scouting for Wahoo !

Was finally able to get out offshore on Saturday they were calling 2-3 with 9 second period. We headed about 45 miles northeast and by the time we got to the spot it was blowing pretty hard. We high speed trolled for about 2 hours total and then started to head towards the deep drop grounds. On the way we picked up a nice hoo so we trolled little while longer. Then we tried a few spots out off the ledge in 500-800ft looking for golden tiles. not much luck and it was kind of nasty out. Then we went back south about 15 miles and into about 300ft and hit up the porgys, vermillions, and grouper. It laid down flat as could be and we rocked 42mph all the way in. Pretty epic day for sure.

It was a new lure I just purchased from another forum member on THT.  His name is Lone Ono.  It was the beeliner color on in the video.  One of the best made lures I have ever pulled and the hooks were razor sharp.
