Hi all, West coast member needing a lot or any info. I'm an avid fisherman as most all you are, but the 20+ years of fishing I've fished mainly my own backyard, except 10 or 12 times outside of it. 15 years ago a few of those trips were Florida Sportsman forum meet-ups for west coast members. I never fish outside my backyard but.... I fish a little stretch on the west coast just south of Anclote (North of Tampa and Clearwater) to Hudson. Anyways, I sold my 22' Pathfinder a while back and fished my buddies boats for many years. (My area and my fishing locations. Taught them the ropes) As you can see I really do only fish my area... SMH. Now I'm back in business and a bit older. I would like to travel once or twice a year to another fishery if it fits my plans. My plan is to take my new Blazer Bay 21' 175HP (Bay Boat) over to Sebastian area and fish the inlet. If the weather permits me to get out to the inlet point and anything around it, of course I would like to hit a it of the river too. I have no clue about the fishery except youtube videos, one land based stop for a few hours and walking the pier and of course the forums.
The wife will be coming with me. We are 44 years old. I do a lot of live bait fishing (especially with the wife on board) but easily know my artificials. Over here we get greenbacks or "Menhaden" I know Pogies, croakers, mullet and a slew of other bait fish you all use on this side. I'm bringing the net of course (chum if needed) also willing to hear other ideas if not expensive and guarantees to save time and just as good bait to use. Now the real questions overall are below. (reply to thread, PM, PM and call... IDC

)
1.Most important step one is: ideas and best bets for the wife and I to stay from Wednesday 25th thru the 28th or 29th? I have my boat too.
2. Any fishing tips and bait tips are greatly appreciated.
3. Any and all boating tips are appreciated.
4. We're just two normal people and if anyone wants to talk on the phone and possibly meet-up or get a possible free boat ride/fishing trip I am always willing to meet a new fisherman and also repay the favor on the west coast.
Thanks for any and all info. Todd
