We fished some mangrove edges for redfish today. West wind kept us from fishing our primary spot where we hoped to also catch some keeper mangoes. Had a fun day with hard pulling redfish. Water temp was 81.6. We used live shrimp with a split shot and circle hook, gold spoons, and cut ladyfish. Everything caught fish but as usual, the ladyfish was#1. Sorry if I load any duplicates.
Great to see you still at it and getting them Ted.
Good to hear from you Mike. I'm still plugging along but summer heat gets harder to deal with each year, especially at the end of a day of fishing. Hope that all is well with you.
At least I avoided any duplicates. I noticed my finger in one pic though, We are very fortunate to fish so many beautiful spots and Big Bend has more than it's share. Sometimes catching fish is almost secondary....... Almost
Well done! Its great to see you two fishing, especially on these covid times. Being out there is priceless. When ya catch em up like that its even better. My son made it down with his girlfriend and we met at FIT. Had to sit and wait a couple hours for the water fish and birds to show up but then the game was on late morning into the afternoon.
