Discharges This Week.

According to the ACOE, they are going to start discharges of pretty high volumes this week (Tuesday/Wednesday)... I was looking to fish down by Lover's Key Area Thurs-Sat cause I have some time off work... Am I safe to assume that I should probably head farther south to avoid these? Or should I be okay the end of this week before the water quality diminishes?
