 I have a couple question if anyone can help me. First is Red Snapper open the weekend of Oct. 24th? I will be in the Cape Haze area that weekend and was wanting to know how far/deep out of Stumps Pass would I have to go to find them? Thanks for any help .

Yep, open the 24th and 25th.  No idea on how far out, further up the coast where I fish we start in about 65', but further south they get them in less water. Get out find hard bottom and explore.  Good luck

Out of Stump Pass I would say more like 45-50 miles MINIMUM. 140 foot or deeper.
