Transplant from Tampa

Hello all,
I will be moving to Lake Worth in the next month, coming from Tarpon Springs (just west of Tampa) and I have a lot of new fishing spots to explore.
This is going to be a very ambiguous post but I'm looking for general guidance not tried and true spots. I will mostly fish from land but have a kayak as well. Just looking for general technique, is it similar to the west coast of FL, Snook and reds in the intercoastal in the cooler months, Snook on the beach in summer? What else can you get into in the intercoastal/from the beach? Looks like tarpon in the passes could be an option. Would also love to paddle off the beach and try and get into some larger fish if possible.

I've done some freshwater research and already have a good idea where to find Bass and Peacock bass.

Again, just looking for any general tips you all want to share. Thanks all, see you out there!

Lake worth is mostly sea walls so not nearly as much mangrove habitat nor sea grass as you are probably used to on west coast.

Snook at spillways and dock lights.  Reds may be around but more prevalent further north where better grass and water quality.

Lots of guys kayak fish the ocean in groups so you may look for a group of them online.

Beach fishing maybe similar,  snook cruising trough at sunrise or hitting baitfish.  Lots of sharks around in spring, visible in surf.   You'll see news reports on TV as they migrate south.
