Never caught or ate a snook.  They look like a good eating fish.

That second picture looks like a good size fish.  What kind of limit do they have?  I know they have a season.

Make sure you remove the skin....or you will know why they used to be called " Soapfish" LOL

Snook are very good to eat.  My buddy called them a "poor man's lobster".  He grills  it and food the chunks in butter.
