Text about house for sale

Anybody else getting text messages about are you interested in selling your house?   Figure it’s gotta be some kind of scam.   Just don’t know how

They text, call, send letters in the mail.  It might go with the "become a home flipper and live the life of luxury" they sell classes for.

The texts says to text back cancel if not interested.  I hit spam, block #.  No way will respond to the texts.
