Just bought a new Kristal XL 655 (got rid of the Bannax 1500) & took my boys and my nephew out daytiming today. No swords for us, but ended up with 9 decent phins that we got on pilchards/greenies under groups of birds in 1500' Scattered weeds with decent patches from 600 out to 1600, but little to no life under any that we stopped on. Fun day with the fam👍👍👍

Sounds like an awesome day. Did you happen to note the water temp out at 1500’?

sure to have extra fuses.

Amigo, Banax wasn't super impressive. It was strong, but we started having issues with the levelwind after 4 trips. I didn't like the star drag and not having a clicker on the reel either. Honestly, I was just trying to get in the game without spending $3K and should have bought a better product out of the gate. Lesson learned.
