Anyone know a Surveyor/Mechanic in Boston North Shore area???

I'm looking at a boat up in Mass and it's about 25 miles north of Boston near Topsfield MA. I need a surveyor and mechanic to check on a 2010 Suzuki 225 4 Stoke motor and the boat and trailer for me. I have a friend that can accompany but his knowledge is limited.
Any suggestions appreciated.
