Am planning to do the Everglades Wilderness trail this winter on my yak. Trying to figure out the best option to keep my gps, iPhone, etc charged. Is solar power the best option and if so which brand ?

Turn off your cellphone you probably won't have service there and most handheld gps's take alkaline battery's so just replace them. Solar panels don't work at night and how would you set it up while paddling in the daytime where it would not impede your activity. Don't understand the need to have the social media leash on a wilderness getaway.

Lithium batteries last much longer that alkaline batteries for your gps.

Many of the power banks have a solar panel on one side, have fun.
