Ruger Mini-14 with Vortex Diamondback 3-9x40 and mags

MudchickenMudchicken Posts: 22 Deckhand
This is a rifle owned by my elderly neighbor up in Glades County. It’s a used rifle, not a safe queen, and was used regularly for its intended purpose—-as a critter/varmint/deer/pig gun on a working cattle ranch, often in a scabbard on horseback.  He’s no longer in a position to use it and asked that sell it for him. I know it’s been shot regularly over the years, but it has not seen high-volume, barrel-melting range sessions either.  In short, it’s a classic example of how Bill Ruger envisioned it to be used.

Comes with all the mags you see in the photo. Eight factory Ruger 20rd, one factory 5rd.  No aftermarket mags.  Two of the 20rd mags are brand new. The rest, I am not sure of age. Vortex Diamondback was professionally mounted and is crisp and clear.

Rear sight has been removed to facilitate scope. I think he has it but I’m not certain.

He’s not looking to gouge anyone during the “crisis” but I told him if he wants to sell it, now is the time. He gave it to me to list for a fair price.  Will sell Face to Face within 1 hour of Moore Haven/Lakeport, FL, OR in Broward County.

PM if interested. $600 obo. I will communicate any offers to him.
