Fished on a buddy's boat and the fishing was slow..Bottom bumped out to 125. No trigger, beeliners or pinkies. Big red snapper
and sharks. It was one of the worst fishing days I've been on. The chatter on the radio sounded similar. Weird day. Not to mention, it was pretty rough which added to the aggravation. Ended up with a graysby and some peanut dolphin. Did anyone see that big floating bouy about 40 miles out? It said South Carolina artificial reef on it. Had a ton of small dolphin on it

Didn’t see the bouy but found a weed patch in 130 that was loaded with peanuts as well.

I was ready to go but drank too much wine the night before when friends came over. I don't feel as bad now. Thought I would see some epic posts about Sunday. Last time I went, the triggers were in 140' and beyond. Kind of weird that a south Carolina buoy would drift to the south.

I agree...You would think it would go north. Hope nobody hits it because it has a big metal piece on top.
