Like New Cannon 36 gun safe for Sale

My Uncle recently passed and he had a like new (stickers still on the door) Cannon 36 gun safe.  It has both the physical/ mechanical dial style lock as well as the electronic lock on it.  I'll post a picture momentarily of the sticker on the door.  Unfortunately I don't have a need for it as my safe is larger and already in place, so we are going to sell it as part of the estate (probate is active so we have authority to do so).  Its located in Davie, Florida, and whoever buys it will need to be able to remove it (3 stairs down) and take it away.  If interested, please PM me and I am happy to answer questions or to go back and take some more photos of it.
