Don't drink beer, and occasional wings on football day. Besides that my diet is a meal replacement in the morning, granola bar and PB for snack. Lunch is turkey on whole wheat and some brown rice maybe a salad. Pre workout snack about 4pm is sweet potatoe and a banana maybe. Than pre-workout drink, train, quick absorb protein shake right after. Than dinner is usually a chicken breast, salad, very small portion of a carb like rice.

That's the routine about 5 days a week. weekends if we go out some drinks and maybe cheat a bit.

My achilles heal is I absolutely hate cardio. I try and work a lot of drop sets and super sets after my main exercise for each body part or do abs in between sets to keep my heart rate up. But I still need cardio. Maybe my NY resolution will be to start doing more of it...

Do at least 2 of the P90X cardio discs a week. I do Plyo and either Kenpo, Cardio X or Core Syn weekly now on Tuesday/Thursday. Try to do something active on the weekend that isn't 'structured'. Went from 195 down to 182 in 3 weeks...

cool! I have the discs. I am not paying for the gym anymore because we just got a complete gym set. I'm going to use that plus the cardio from the discs, and mountain biking. looking to drop 10 more lbs. i'm awesome.

Too many carbs if your trying to cut weight. Either drop the carbs, or do cardio.

an easy snack is plain turkey slices. eat 3-4 oz as a snack in between meals. no sugar, breads, etc, fatty.
