Big Pine Key / Watson Street Bridge

We are looking at homes on Big Pine Key.  One of the homes we are interest in has access to Bogie Channel via the Watson Street Bridge (Watson Street and Avenue .  I was told that the Watson bridge clearance is 7 feet at high tide.  Is anyone familiar with this bridge?  Will a 26-31 foot center console be able to navigate under the bridge at high tide and low tide? Anyone familiar with the depth of that Chanel and near the bridge ?  Thanks.

To be honest it does not look like anyone on that canal has a boat bigger than 22.. and most have bimini tops.
