Free Mower on Craigslist!

I have here a real piece of crap push mower. It was brand new this year, got it at Lowes in May 2011. I think it's a yard man with a Briggs motor...I don't even remember what size it is, but it has a 20" blade (not the correct blade, but I got it on there good enuff to stay on to cut) It was a great mower the 1st day, 2nd week though all hell broke loose. The motor over heated after cutting about an acre of grass, and burnt a hole in the air filter....got a new filter, but theres still a hole in the filter housing. I hit a hidden small stump, and it screwed up the original blade, causing it to have excessive vibration. I still tried to continue on, but the dang thing shook so bad that about everything that could fall apart did. I did what anyone would do.....went for the duct tape!!! I taped the handle bars back where I could use it again, got a new blade (was given the wrong one) but like I said, it's on there just good enuff and it still worked. It ran alot better without vibrating all over the place.....but when I ran outta gas, I could not get it to fire back up. I changed the oil, cleaned the filter, but now it seems to be locked up. It was the WORST investment i made in a while, i would have been better off taking $300+ and flushing it down the toilet!!!
Needless to say, If you think you can save the motor, or you want it for scrap metal...this baby can be yours as long as you pick it up and get it as far away from me as humanly possible!!!
The duct tape is fairly new, so maybe you can salvage some of it, it should still be quite tacky. It's white tape in color....kinda offsets the shiny apple red of the mower deck.

LOL! I did that with a grill. I put a sign that said "free". The second day it was still there so I was thinking people thought is was a piece of crap since it was free. I put $10 on the sign and someone knocked at the door an hour or so later offering $5. We settled on $7.
Had a tree stand stolen out of my garage and some stuff out of my truck. There were break ins for 5 nights in a row. I need to move to a low crime area.
They'd walk down at night and pilfer any car not locked.
Been sometime though.
Maybe since your street is considered a higher rent zip code.............they get better stuff to steal :-)
FYI no deer yet(here or MI), rifle opens Saturday though.
