Anyone make homemade liverwurst?
I just butchered 3 pigs have ham curing bacon curing. Now I want to make some liverwurst. I hopping for a soft creamy spreadable light pink in color. All the characteristics of ones I have liked. The best one I ever had came from a butcher in South Florida. We ate it while hunting at toso. So any one have any recipes or has anyone ever made any?
