Great Exuma trip. Newbie

We punched our ticket for a week in Great Exuma the end of March. Welcome any suggestions and tips on making the most of our stay, things to do and see. I did book a bonefish guide, pretty pumped on that. Anyone do any DIY bonefiushing on foot? Thanks in advance

You did not say where you will be staying or if you will have a car.  If you have a car, there are some flats you can drive to and fish on foot. A few places have kayaks to use.  You can check a google map to find the flats.  I was there in January.  I had a car and kayak for DIY.  Fishing was OK for bones, barracuda, small sharks and mutton snapper, but water was cold.  End of March should be better.

Thanks Frederick. We are staying near Georgetown and have rented a jeep and paddle boards for some DIY exploring.
