Visitor Question: Where can I fish in Ruskin, Orlando, and Jacksonville?

Hello. I'm visiting Florida next month and wanted to know, where can I fish in Ruskin, Orlando, and Jacksonville?

Is there a state park that I can visit that has access to a body of water where I can fish? Or a place that I can pay to fish at for a couple hours? Some guys in an earlier thread were saying that I can't fish off highways because those belong to the state and that would be technically trespassing on private property at that point.

I have my freshwater license and only do catch and release, and have no intention on trespassing or breaking the law.

for Orlando, pretty much any of the lakes that are part of a city park have easy shoreline access and decent bass populations
